刊登在国际杂志Frontiers in Human Neuroscience上的研究报告中,来自亚利桑那大学研究者们通过研究发现,常年跑步的人的大脑有更强的功能链接,更善于做计划做决定[9];2016年7月,来自美国国家衰老研究所的研究人员通过研究发现,跑步能够有效提高人类的认知和记忆功能,文章中,研究人员发现,组织蛋白酶B对于跑步带来的认知和神经功能提高具有非常重要的作用[10]。此前,一项发表在国际杂志Progress in Cardiovascular Disease上的研究报告中,研究人员通过研究发现,跑步的人要比没有跑步习惯的人多活约3年时间,研究人员估计,跑步1小时可能转化为一个人生命的额外7小时[11]。
近日,一项刊登在国际杂志The Lancet Global Health上的研究报告中,来自WHO的研究人员表示,2016年全球有超过四分之一的成年人都未获得足够的锻炼,这或许会使得其患多种疾病的风险增加,比如心血管疾病、2型糖尿病、痴呆症和某些癌症等;因此,有效的锻炼和运动,不管是哪种方式,对机体健康都有一定的益处,终生规律运动或许是保持年轻、延缓衰老最简单的方法。(生物谷Bioon.com)
