人类与病毒、细菌等微生物大决战之漫谈

人类与病毒、细菌等微生物大决战之漫谈(传染病等关联的)

大约137亿年前起、我们所在的这个直径长达930亿左右光年的宇宙、从奇点开始大爆炸、逐步形成前子、电子、夸克、质子、中子、原子核、各种原子、元素、分子等。大约46亿年前起、太阳系和地球形成、并从大约38亿年前起开始了从有机化合物开始到最高生物我们人类为止的漫长的生物进化过程。大约自37亿年前起逐步进化出原核细胞(细菌等)、真核细胞(酵母菌、昆虫、我们人类、以及高等植物 等等)。并进化出了病毒。
病毒起源大致上有3类学说:
1)退化性起源学说。退化性起源学说认为病毒是细胞内寄生物的退化形式。
大约10-1亿年前起(或更早),可能是、有一些原核生物的细菌等等寄生物、进在宿主细胞中退化变异、丢弃了它绝大部分内容物,仅保留了脱氧核糖核酸(DNA),外面包上蛋白质,形成了病毒,在细菌等内(叫作噬菌体)和从酵母菌开始到我们人类为止的真核细胞中(叫作DNA病毒),过寄生生活、生长、繁殖、传播、传宗接代、延绵病毒种族。
2)病毒起源于宿主细胞中的RNA和(或)DNA成分的学说。
3)病毒起源于具有自主复制功能的原始大分子的学说,即病毒起源于自主复制的RNA分子。
我们人类与病毒、细菌、真菌等微生物之间的你死我活的战争由来已久、人类如此聪明能干、越战越勇、大多数能大获全胜、但有时偶尔也会大失败、就像约2019-12开始到今天22-1为止(还在行进中、还没有结束)的全球新冠病毒肺炎大流行、3.2亿多病人、550万多人死亡、飞机部分停飞、国界部分切断、前所未有的损害、人类大惨败!原因主要为各国抗疫不团结一致、科学性不够、资金、人员、物品等分配不佳等。现在、到本次大流行结束为止(可能还需要一年左右)、全世界要继续做好传染病预防治疗三大原则:1.管理(管控、隔离)传染源、2.切断传播途径、2.保护易感(弱体)人群、以及许多防治细节。

而且2021年到2220的2百年间、这种类似的传染病全世界大约还会有10-20次的大、小流行、更要用与微生物等的、更进一步的大决战战略、要大降、降到这2百年中仅1-2次、降约90%!这些需要有财力国家们出力出人、多学科的科学家们合作、努力、卫生医疗等国际组织协调、指导,等等。
现在我们人类是相当有智慧的、有知识、有经验教训、有经济条件即钱财物资以及人员、足已达到以上大决战战略目标、更科学有效、更切实本质地执行隔离切断保护传染病防治3大原则及细节。杀灭或减少有害微生物。更多地运用热力学、生物物理学、分子生物学、人工智能等科学力量。不断加强广谱疫苗研究。减少有害野生动物的数量和繁殖力。祝福人类!
