2019年3月5日 讯 /生物谷BIOON/ --近日,一项刊登在国际杂志Asia-Pacific Journal of Clinical Oncology上题为 “Allium vegetables are associated with reduced risk of colorectal cancer: A hospital-based matched case-control study in China”的研究报告中,来自中国医科大学附属第一医院的研究人员通过对中国的男性和女性进行研究发现,摄入葱蒜类蔬菜或会降低结直肠癌的发病风险,葱蒜类蔬菜包括大蒜、大葱和洋葱等。
