【摘要】 目的：观察加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法：300只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、加味酸枣仁汤大中小剂量组、安定组6组，每组50只。①小鼠自发活动实验：记录给药30 min 后小鼠2 min内的自发活动次数；②阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验：采用30 mg/kg戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠，记录戊巴比妥钠注射后15 min内小鼠翻正反射消失达1 min以上的鼠数；③阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验：采用50 mg/kg戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠，记录小鼠入睡潜伏期和睡眠时间。结果：加味酸枣仁汤能明显减少肝郁小鼠自主活动次数，增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致肝郁小鼠睡眠只数，缩短阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠致肝郁小鼠入睡潜伏期，延长睡眠时间。结论：加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠有明显的镇静、催眠作用。

Abstract Objective：To make a preliminary study on the sedative and hypnotic effects of Jiawei Suanzaoren decoction to hepatic Qi disorder model mice.Methods：300 mice were randomly divided into normal control group，model group，Jiawei Suanzaoren decoction treatment groulp 1（large dose），group 2（middle dose），group 3（small dose）and diazepam treatment group（n=50）.①30 min after the last administration，10 mice were chosen from each group，then spontaneous activity of mice were observed and recorded times in 2 minutes.②30 min after the last administration，20 mice were chosen from each group to intraperitoneally inject 30 mg/kg pentobarbital sodium，then mice whose body righting reflex disappeared for at least 1 min within 15 min after injection were served as sleeping mice to be recorded.③30 min after the last administration，20 mice were chosen from each group to intraperitoneally inject 50 mg/kg pentobarbital sodium，then sleeping latency and sleeping time were recorded.Results：Jiawei Suanzaoren decoction could markedly reduce the spontaneous motor activity，increase the number of sleeping mice induced by subthreshold dose pentobarbital sodium，shorten sleeping latency and prolong sleeping time induced by superthreshold dose pentobarbital sodium.Conclusion：Jiawei Suanzaoren decoction possesses obvious sedative and hypnotic effects on hepatic Qi disorder model mice.
Key words Jiawei Suanzaoren decoction，sedation，hypnosis 失眠直接影响人们的生活、工作和学习，据有关资料报道失眠主要由情志因素导致。《本草纲目》记载“人卧则血归于肝，今血不静，卧不归肝，故惊悸而不得眠也。”近年来我们采用加味酸枣汤治疗失眠，疗效显著。兹将加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠的镇静、催眠作用的实验研究报道如下。
