[Abstract]Objective: To explore the effects of cerebral palsy early intervention model on development and prognosis of premature infants.Methods: Four hundred and thirtyfour survived premature infants,excluding those with congenital deformity and hereditary metabolic diseases,were randomly divided into two groups:intervention group and routine care group. The infants of intervention group received massageexercise and active motion training on basis of early education at home after discharged from hospital.All infants with abnormal motion manifestations were given appropriate rehabilitation training.In the routine care group,infants received routine care only. Results: At the age of 1, the average scores of mental development index (MDI) and psychomotor development index (PDI) were significantly higher in early intervention group than those in routine care group (P<0.01), and the incidence of hypoevolutism in motion development was lower in the intervention group than in the routine care group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Early intervention can promote intellectual development, motion development and prognosis of the premature infants.
采用中国标准化贝来量表,测定智力发育指数(mental development index MDI)和运动发育指数(psychomotive development index PDI)。评价标准[7]:≥130分为非常优秀,120~129分为优秀,110~119分为中上,90~109分为中等,80~89分为中下,70~79分为临界状态,≤69分为智力缺陷。脑瘫诊断按《实用儿科学》第7版标准[8]。
