21不同刺激量针刺对脑缺血后大鼠神经功能缺损的影响大鼠神经功能缺损的评价结果表明,缺血模型组和治疗组动物在大脑中动脉阻断后3h即出现神经功能缺损体征,神经功能分级评价大鼠的神经功能缺损均为2~3分。随着缺血时间的延长,缺血模型组动物神经缺损症状逐渐减轻;3h与14d时相的神经功能缺损评分比较具有显著性差异(P<001),表明大鼠脑缺血后有一定的自我恢复能力;两个治疗组缺血3h时与缺血模型组同一时段神经功能缺损评分比较无显著性差异(P>005);缺血后14d时两个治疗组神经功能缺损评分显著优于缺血模型组(P<001),与假手术组比较无显著性差异(P>005),说明不同针刺量在对大鼠神经功能缺损恢复方面均有较好疗效,而两治疗组间作用无显著性差异(P>005)。结果见表1。表1各组大鼠神经功能缺损评分比较Table 1Comparison of score of hyponeuria
